Your Role as an Hail Damage Sales Representative
As an Hail Damage Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for vehicle owners affected by hail damage. Your job is to engage with potential customers in designated areas, educate them on our repair services, and generate leads for our repair specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers in targeted locations.
Hand out flyers and promotional materials on vehicles with visible hail damage.
Engage in on-the-spot conversations with car owners to explain our hassle-free repair process.
Collect customer information and generate leads for our repair team.
Work proactively before and after storms to maximize outreach efforts.
What Were Looking For
1+ years of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience.
Outgoing, confident, and persuasive communicator who enjoys engaging with people.
Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work outdoors and travel within designated areas.
