Aggressive Power Systems is seeking a skilled and motivated Generator Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with generator maintenance, trouble shooting, and repairs. The position involves working with both residential and commercial clients to ensure reliable back up power solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance inspections, and repairs on generators (primarily Generac).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel-related issues.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Test and ensure generators meet performance standards after servicing.
• Install and replace parts, filters, batteries, and other components as needed.
• Work with service manager and scheduluer to manage schedules and prioritize clients needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs completed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in generator maintenance or similar technical role. 
• Knowledge of electrical systems, engines, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Generac systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
