They need a hands-on leader who can ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site. Lead and manage field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to address challenges and ensure smooth workflow. Enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions. Mentor and develop superintendent and field staff. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in civil or heavy construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
