Responsibilities for an Outdoor Machine/Equipment Operator include but are not limited to:
- Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment, or load/unload materials safely and productively according to operational standards and supervisor instructions.
- Operate production units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
- Follow all applicable safety policies, including proper use of PPE, ensuring machine guards and safety features are functioning, and promoting safe work practices.
- Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality.
- Maintain housekeeping and general maintenance of the work area.
- Adhere to work location rules and perform tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Candidates for Outdoor Machine/Equipment Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Entry-level - no prior manufacturing experience required.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass pre-placement background check.
- Ability to stand continuously and perform frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching, and grasping.
- Steel-toed boots required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
