Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities. This individual will be the primary field leader responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality control, and enforcing safety standards to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up, tenant improvement, and site work projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• Ensure compliance with project schedule, plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
• Track and report progress, field conditions, and delays to project management
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and photos
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve conflicts, RFIs, and change orders
• Enforce site safety requirements in compliance with OSHA standards
• Ensure project turnover and closeout requirements are completed

✅ Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience with single- and two-story ground-up buildings, TI projects, and site work
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and CSI divisions
• Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Knowledge of local building codes and inspection processes
• Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar) a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
