We are a trusted name in the Capital Region for custom home renovations, kitchen remodels, and fine carpentry. We're looking for an experienced General Contractor with a strong background in finish carpentry-including cabinetry and crown molding-and the leadership skills to manage crews and projects with precision.

What You'll Do
Lead residential renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Work hands-on with custom cabinetry, millwork, trim, and crown molding installations
Supervise subcontractors and in-house carpenters, ensuring all work aligns with project timelines and standards
Coordinate schedules, materials, inspections, and jobsite safety protocols
Collaborate directly with the owner and project team to deliver high-end, detail-oriented renovations
What You Bring
5+ years of residential construction experience, with a focus on custom carpentry and finish work
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a jobsite independently
Proven expertise in cabinetry, crown molding, and fine carpentry techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle or allowance may be provided)
OSHA certification, Lead Safety certification, or willingness to obtain preferred
