General Cleaning Technician – Brookings, SD

Purpose : Promote business growth and customer satisfaction by excelling in the completion of high quality and timely cleaning projects. Responsible for cleaning homes, offices, clinics, and other businesses.

Essential Functions:

• Maintenance cleaning which includes -- dusting, vacuuming, removing trash, scrubbing bathrooms, and cleaning community areas
• Deep cleaning individual projects with a focus on new construction, remodels, and moves

Experience and Education:

• High School Graduate or GED Required
• Ability to pass a background check including MVR Required

Physical Demands

• Ability to bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and occasionally 100lbs, to perform job functions
• Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures
