Full-Stack Software Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA (on-site, 5 days/week)
Compensation: $175K - $220K + equity (0.25% - 1%)
Visa: Sponsorship available (excluding H1B at this time)
We're seeking a product-minded Full-Stack Engineer who excels at the intersection of product, engineering, and experimentation. You'll be joining a small, highly talented team still in the early days of building and scaling, where your contributions will extend far beyond code. You'll actively shape technical solutions, influence product direction, and help craft the engineering culture.
This role is ideal for someone who values elegant solutions that strike a balance between UX excellence and scalable infrastructure .
What You'll DoCollaborate with forward-deployed engineers to learn from real-world customer deployments and apply those insights to core product improvements.
Build and refine interfaces that bring cutting-edge workflow automation and orchestration into practical, enterprise-scale use.
Design an intuitive UX that makes complex automation seamless for both technical and non-technical users.
Influence engineering practices and product direction while contributing to a world-class culture of collaboration and innovation.
Seniority (3 -10 years)
One of the following profiles:
Joined an early-stage company and saw it scale over 3- 5+ years.
Served as a founding engineer at multiple places.
5+ years at a FAANG company.
Work Experience
Extended stint at a B2B SaaS company , ideally with a majority of enterprise customers.
Evidence of entrepreneurial streak through side projects, hackathons, or other creative ventures.
Hard Skills
Product-minded engineer, comfortable working across the whole stack.
Strong background with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, SvelteKit, etc.).
Experience with workflow orchestration, runtimes, or infrastructure-related projects.
Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud environments.
Soft Skills
Exceptional communication skills; ability to break down complex thoughts into clear perspectives for the team.
Thoughtful and pragmatic, yet highly proactive with a strong bias to action.
