Full Stack Engineer (Frontend-Leaning, Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: NYC

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Arrangement: On-site 5 days/week

Our client, a high-growth cloud infrastructure company backed by $13.5 million from Google Ventures , is on a mission to build a dedicated CI (Continuous Integration) cloud . They provide cloud infrastructure to help companies run their GitHub Actions substantially faster and cheaper, orchestrating millions of VMs each month over their own fleet of bare metal hardware. They've achieved $3M ARR with a small team and are growing extremely fast.

They are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is strongly frontend-leaning (50-90% focus) but comfortable working on the backend. This high-impact role involves working closely with design to build the polished, high-performance UIs that manage complex infrastructure.

• Work closely with design to build polished, high-performance UIs for the CI cloud platform.
• Go deep on browser performance, rendering bottlenecks, and complex component architecture to ensure a world-class user experience.
• Design and implement features across the full stack, with a primary focus on React and modern frontend development .
• Contribute to core product features that manage the orchestration of millions of VMs for CI jobs.
• Operate within a very early-stage startup environment, embracing ambiguity and moving quickly.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a solid full stack engineer who is 50%-90% frontend leaning but can also work on the backend comfortably.
• Strong CS fundamentals and a deep understanding of React and modern frontend development.
• 2+ years of total software development experience.
• Enjoy working in person 5 days a week in NYC and comfortable with the ambiguity of a very early-stage startup.

Benefits

• Salary: $190K - $250K
• Equity: Competitive
• Visa Sponsorship: Can do H1B transfers and sponsor TNs , but not new H1B applications.
