This /span could involve providing them with feedback, helping them to set goals, and celebrating their successes./p/lilipEnforce franchise compliance ensuring that franchise owners are following the franchisors rules and regulations./p/li/ulpb Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success. /b/ppi (Required qualifications) /i/pullipExperience: 5 years of franchise/business consulting/small business owner/p/lilipUnderstanding of the businesss Profit Loss, and how to drive profitability./p/lilipKnowledge of a variety of field operation concepts, practices, and procedures is required./p/lilipb Skills /b :/p/lilipProven experience building relationships/p/lilipOutstanding communication skills/p/lilipMastery of MS Office/p/lilipSense of humor/p/lilipA track record of setting goals and delivering results/p/lilipEnthusiastic learner with a positive attitude/p/lilipLeadership skills.
