As a Fleet Maintenance Manager , your role is to oversee the maintenance, mechanical repairs, and overall efficiency of the company's fleet of vehicles. You will be at the forefront in managing all maintenance personnel for a smooth and efficient operation. Your leadership will cultivate a work environment that fosters driver success and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the overall success of TowerEV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet Oversight: Oversee the maintenance, mechanical repairs, and overall efficiency of the company’s fleet of vehicles.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure the safe operation of all fleet vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintenance Record Management: Ensure all maintenance record data is kept up to date with the help of the fleet software department.
  • Parts and Inventory Control: Control the acquisition and inventory of parts, supplies, equipment, tools, hardware, and software.
  • Continuous Maintenance Program: Manage a continuous maintenance program for fleet vehicles.
  • Emergency Supplies Management: Order urgent or emergency parts and supplies as needed.
  • Safety Enforcement: Enforce and supervise the safety of division personnel.
  • Roadside Assistance Preparation: Keep the roadside assistance vehicle ready to be deployed at any time as needed.
  • Cross-Division Collaboration: Cooperate with other fleet divisions as necessary.
  • Operational Support: Provide support for overall operations.

While you begin accruing PTO on your first day, it may be utilized only after completing 90 days of employment. Our PTO policy promotes flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.

  • Experience: Preferred experience in fleet management or a related field.

  • Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy, including proficiency in Excel with knowledge of pivot tables and graphs.

In addition to the duties listed above, employees are required to adhere to Tower EV’s policies and procedures; work in a safe manner; perform duties as workload necessitates; maintain a positive and cooperative attitude; communicate regularly with your supervisor about work issues; demonstrate efficient time management; demonstrate regular and reliable attendance and punctuality; meet applicable productivity standards; and complete other duties as assigned by Tower EV from time to time.
