Job Description
We're seeking a highly experienced Fence Installer to join our team and assist our lead installer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned helper who is looking to advance into a Crew Leader role after a period of training.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the lead installer to complete various fencing projects.
Follow all instructions precisely and efficiently.
Contribute to a positive team environment, ensuring projects are completed effectively and on time.
Maintain high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience building fences.
Valid Driver's License required.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
A strong desire to be part of a team and motivation to excel.
Company Standards:
No visible tattoos.
Hair color must be natural and a single, natural shade.
