Fast Food Restaurant General Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO. TO INCLUDE THE METRO AREA (IL.)
Salary: $52,500.00 to $70,000.00+ Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant committed to providing high-quality food and excellent service. We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.
Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
✅ Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment
✅ Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring excellent customer service and performance
✅ Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets to maximize profitability
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies
✅ Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally to maintain satisfaction
✅ Develop strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement
Qualifications:
✔️ Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food industry
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
✔️ Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control
✔️ Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
