We are looking for a full-time designer to work out of our CT office.

EVRBRANDS is one of the fastest-growing companies that designs and manufactures athleisure, activewear, and accessories for emerging and existing brands across eight industry sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Study fashion trends and anticipate designs that will appeal to our consumers
Decide on a theme for a multitude of clients across 8 sectors
Use computer-aided design programs (CAD) to create designs
Work with our manufacturers to source new fabrics and samples
Select fabrics, embellishments, colors, or styles for each garment or accessory
Work with other designers or team members to create designs and execute garments
Present design ideas to our creative director and clients
Oversee the all production of all products we produce

Master knowledge of all raw materials and trims related to a specific classification
Sketch designs in Illustrator (flats)
Assist with the preparation of presentation boards for seasonal milestone meetings
Attend fit sessions and client meetings as needed
Review lab dips and send comments to vendors
Prepare line sheets and update them as necessary
Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion or Art (or equivalent experience and education)

5+ years of relevant work experience in the Fashion Industry.
Keen eye for color, trend, detail and construction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multi-task and prioritize based on business objectives
Organized and detail-oriented
Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop

 

Starting pay is min $100k/yr up to 200k/yr based on qualifications and experience. 401k eligible. Travel reimbursement. 5+ years experience
