About the Role

Be Well Family, a modern and patient-centered healthcare clinic in the heart of Tempe, Arizona, is seeking a full-time and/or part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our committed care team. Known for our personalized approach and high-quality clinical standards, we offer a professional environment where patient care and team collaboration come first.

This role is ideal for an experienced NP who thrives in a busy practise, full-time position and is eager to make a long-term impact in a supportive, wellness-driven practice.

🩺 Your Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner at Be Well Family, you’ll work with Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff to manage patient care across a range of conditions. Your role includes:

• Conducting new patient consultations and follow-up assessments
• Interpreting lab results and creating personalized treatment plans
• Administering injections and non-invasive procedures (training provided if required)
• Supporting patient education and guiding them through their health journey
• Collaborating with a medical assistant, and front desk team
• Ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

👤 What We’re Looking For

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona, in good standing
• Minimum 2 years’ NP experience, ideally in urgent care, primary care, or wellness clinics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and detail-oriented documentation
• Willingness to receive an annual flu and COVID-19 vaccination

💼 What We Offer

• Full-time position (including one Saturday per month 8am-2pm)
• Competitive hourly wage: $115,000 - $135,000 per year, based on experience
