Summary

The Operator performs under the supervision of a Foreman/Lead. Duties include responsible for lay-outs, fine grade, and completes finishing applications and hoisting.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Operator will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform their role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.

• Responsible for lay-outs

• Responsible for fine grade

• Completes trench and pit excavations

• Completes finishing applications and hoisting

• Performs non-essential duties

• Participates in training/certifications

• Ensures a safe work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
