WILL DO Specialty Ceilings, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Acoustic Treatment, Flooring, Painting and Coatings, Wall Finishes, Tile.
KNOWLEDGE OF ESTIMATING BIDDING SOFTWARE.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in construction estimating, for a General Contractor or in Carpentry
• PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY...Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Applied Science, Civil Engineering or related field
• Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Experience with Estimator Software
• Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Impeccable problem-solving skills
