Job Description

A high-profile UHNW family seeks an experienced Estate Manager to oversee daily operations at their residence in Los Angeles. This is a multi-faceted and hands-on opportunity where you will ensure seamless service and top-tier estate management. The right candidate has a minimum of 10 years experience and ideally has worked for UHNW families with a stable work history. You also have experience managing staff at all levels from housekeeping, vendors, construction, as well as landscapers and maintenance and facilities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Estate Operations: Maintain property and all operations including hands-on work between teams and house staff.
• Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and retention of staff at all levels.
• Manage renovations, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate high-touch gatherings and events, ensuring the full vetting of vendors and outside service providers. Act as main point of contact during event to ensure everything goes smoothly.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and cultivate strong vendor partnerships.

Experience:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in estate as an Estate Manager
• Experience in luxury hospitality management.
• Experience hiring and staffing estates as well as acting as direct report for all house staff.
• Discreet, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in technology, workflow optimization, and high-level communication.
• Hands-on, emotionally intelligent, and proactive in all estate operations.

Compensation & Details:

• Location: On-site, West Los Angeles (full-time).
• Salary: $175K - $250K, plus comprehensive benefits (healthcare, 401K, PTO, holidays).
