As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you’ll be the public face representing top nonprofit organizations and national brands at live events, retail locations, and promotional activations. You’ll engage with communities, share inspiring stories, and help drive support for meaningful causes.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent well-known charities and brands at retail events, pop-up promotions, and in-person activations
Connect face-to-face with supporters, educating them about charitable initiatives and answering questions
Confidently promote and encourage donations or product purchases to support nonprofit missions
Create impactful experiences that inspire lasting loyalty and community involvement
Achieve individual and team fundraising and sales goals in a collaborative, high-energy environment
Use CRM software to track leads, supporter data, and campaign progress
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and coaching to sharpen your skills

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and team-oriented personality
Comfortable engaging the public in fast-paced, face-to-face settings
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonus: Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
