• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Assist buyers in refining their search criteria during viewings.
• Aid in submitting offers and finalizing sales.

Expectations:

• Coordinate house tours for five to seven buyers monthly.
• Additional bonuses for successful sales.
• Potential to advance into a Buyer Specialist role.
• Cultivate and sustain professional connections.
• Demonstrated history of accomplishments is a prerequisite.
• Meticulous attention to detail is crucial.

$50,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Accompany potential buyer clients on home showcases alongside the lead agent
• Identify suitable homes based on the lead agent's criteria by conducting a needs analysis
• Assist in preparing inspection summaries and walk-throughs under the lead agent's guidance
• Collaborate with the lead agent and team to convert leads into clients effectively
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required

• To qualify for this position as an Entry Level Real Estate Agent in Austin, TX, you must hold a valid Texas Real Estate License
• Being people-oriented and possessing a friendly demeanor is a crucial aspect of excelling in this role
• Comfort with spending a substantial amount of time driving is necessary
• Understanding the needs of clients and effectively matching them with appropriate properties is a key requirement
