Job Details
M-F
8 hour days
lunch break
10 Federal holidays off
PTO package
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience
Processing payroll, managing employee's personnel records, processing tenant's payments, reconciling tenant ledgers, reconciling vendor statements, coding invoices, and assisting with month-end property closing
Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Suites
Reports to the CFO
Property Management software experience such as Yardi or Skyline is a plus
