Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Details - M-F
- 8 hour days
- lunch break
- 10 Federal holidays off
- PTO package
- Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience
- Processing payroll, managing employee's personnel records, processing tenant's payments, reconciling tenant ledgers, reconciling vendor statements, coding invoices, and assisting with month-end property closing
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Suites
- Reports to the CFO
- Property Management software experience such as Yardi or Skyline is a plus
