Key Responsibilities:

• Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content in German to ensure it adheres to community standards and legal requirements.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or fraudulent content to relevant teams.
• Keep up-to-date with content policies and guidelines to ensure accurate moderation.
• Assist in maintaining the safety and quality of the platform by consistently applying moderation policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve content-related issues and improve overall moderation processes.
• Provide feedback and contribute to policy updates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive or challenging content with professionalism.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with social media platforms or online communities is a bonus.
