Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Job Description Responsible for quality assurance, audience segmentation, scheduling, implementation, and troubleshooting of Digital Communications (email, SMS, mobile push) deployments. Manage data structures, automations, and queries supporting customer-facing communications. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities Execute all aspects of digital communications deployment from audience generation to post-deployment analysis. Ensure accuracy of communication audiences and timing, performing QA on all aspects. Monitor live campaigns to ensure proper functioning post-launch. Develop personalization strategies for email content based on customer data, including targeting, A/B testing, and live content. Manage data structures within communication platforms. Create and maintain automations supporting deployment processes. Coordinate with development, campaign management, and analytics teams to execute campaigns. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications Minimum Experience working with large databases. Experience with Adobe Analytics. Experience with email marketing tools like Litmus or Return Path. 4+ years coding complex personalized email campaigns, understanding the email lifecycle. Strong skills in SQL, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript (Salesforce). Knowledge of email, push notifications, SMS/MMS regulations, including CAN-SPAM. Understanding of database design. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Adaptability to changing requirements. High accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Bachelor's Degree in marketing, computer science, or related field. Experience managing communication calendars or campaign tools.
