About Job

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our client's team based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing large-scale electrical projects, specifically in healthcare high-rise, data centers, and light industrial sectors. This role requires the candidate to be based in Dallas, with a willingness to travel to project sites across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage and oversee electrical projects valued at $20M+
  • Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and project management best practices
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and subcontractors
  • Travel to project sites as required, ensuring on-site presence and effective management

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent with over 5 years of experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects ($20M+)
  • Expertise in healthcare high-rise, data center, and light industrial projects
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently and manage projects across various locations
  • Local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area or willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
  • Employment stability and a strong track record of successful project delivery

Travel Expectations

  • Per diem and travel pay bump apply during travel periods
