BRF maintains its headquarters and a manufacturing facility in Macedon, New York; with a Culinary Innovation Center in Westmont, Illinois; and offices and manufacturing facilities in Williamson, New York; Pennsauken, New Jersey; and Corona, California. This role will be based in Pennsauken, NJ .
WHAT WE NEED
Baldwin Richardson Foods (BRF) is seeking an experienced EH&S Manager to provide comprehensive environmental, health and safety leadership and support throughout our manufacturing facility. This includes building and maintaining a culture of safety, providing guidance to employees, implementing health and safety programs, and promoting continuous safety improvement. The EH&S Manager will provide guidance and support to site management, program owners, and site personnel to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements while developing and maintain a safety culture that will minimize the number and reduce the severity of accidents and injuries. They will drive employee engagement in conjunction with management, while maintaining efficiency and the well-being of employees.

At BRF, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
The base pay range for this role is between $110,000.00 and $120,000.00 annually . Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
