Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns focused on participant recruitment for clinical research studies. This role plays a key art in increasing public awareness of opportunities for participation in clinical research, enhancing participant engagement, and improving enrolment metrics in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Responsibilities: Develop Digital Campaigns: Design, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising. Participant Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute digital strategies specifically aimed at recruiting healthy volunteers and patient populations for Phase I-IV clinical trials, using audience targeting, geotargeting, and demographic segmentation. Content Creation & Management: Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email newsletters. Landing Page Optimization for Recruitment: Create and optimize landing pages and digital assets to ensure high conversion rates for participant sign-ups, with a strong understanding of user experience (UX), readability, and ethical considerations for health communication. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to increase organic search traffic. Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and performance analysis. Vendor and Recruitment Platform Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed to support enrolment goals. Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and make adjustments as needed. Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. Analyze social media trends, engagement, and audience insights. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track and measure campaign performance, website traffic, user behavior, and other key metrics. Provide detailed reports and recommendations for optimization. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), and Pharmaron's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure all marketing and recruitment materials are IRB-approved and compliant with FDA, GCP, and HIPAA regulations for advertising clinical studies. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. General understanding of GCP/ICH Guidelines and Codes of Federal Regulations. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others. Experience working in a CRO site or clinical trials environment with clinical trial subject recruitment tools and platforms is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare compliance and advertising regulations, especially regarding human subject recruitment is a plus. Why Pharmaron?
