We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Demand Generation team in Tacoma, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation. In this hybrid role, you will help manage multi-channel digital campaigns and provide in-depth reporting on performance.  You will play a crucial role in developing and launching digital campaigns across search, display and paid social. This is a hybrid role with two days a week (T & Th) working in the Tacoma office. If you’re passionate about learning digital marketing and driving measurable results, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve digital campaign goals 
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies tailored to key initiatives 
  • Monitor marketing campaign progress and impact on marketing funnel goals to drive qualified pipeline 
  • Regularly report digital programs contribution to pipeline and revenue goals 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on digital marketing objectives and strategies. This includes collaborating with colleagues, agencies, and other stakeholders. 

What you’ll bring:

  • 1 year of experience in a B2B marketing role or a Bachelors degree + digital marketing internship
  • Some experience with digital marketing preferred
  • Agile, curious, organized, communication skills, and numbers-oriented 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This includes effective communication, active listening, and a positive attitude when working with others
  • Ability to work onsite at the Tacoma office (2 days a week) 
  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field

What success looks like:

After six months, you will…

  • Drive global digital campaigns for new logo and customer expansion 
  • Optimize conversion to meetings and pipeline through alignment with internal stakeholders 
  • Test new variations of digital campaigns to improve performance 

After about a year, you will…

  • Achieve business and personal objectives related to demand generation and pipeline 
  • Recommend tests to improve performance across digital channels 
  • Have strong relationships with sales, field marketing, product marketing and marketing ops teams

You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in in Washington, $56,200 - $80,000, plus corporate bonus potential.
