We are seeking a Designer, Brand & Marketing for Hotel Bardo Savannah who will support projects related to branding, social media, menus, email marketing and creative services for our luxury urban resort and its outlets. This highly creative individual will report to the Director, Brand + Lifestyle for LEFT LANE. This part-time role is based in Savannah, Georgia.

• Support creative projects related to branding, social media, digital marketing, and email marketing including collateral design, print and digital menus, overlays, graphics and ad hoc design requests according to brand guidelines
• Assist with the styling, execution and staffing of brand + marketing activations including pop-ups, private events, and gifting
• Assist preparing proposals and presentations based on company needs including decks and mood boards
• Assist with updating back end systems and websites using WordPress and similar platforms
• Assist with the management of resort photo gallery and image selection on various channels
• Support the creation and enforcement of brand guidelines and style guides
• Support the team in day-to-day tasks and ongoing creative projects as needed

• Proficient in Canva, InDesign, PPT, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with WordPress and CRM platforms
• Bachelors degree in graphic design, marketing, luxury branding or a related field
• Interest in luxury brands and hospitality with ability to understand and maintain Bardos visual identity
• Proficient in the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
• Must be able to cross-train in other resort related areas
• Engaging interpersonal skills to represent Hotel Bardo Savannah to guests, members, and partners
• Confident, collaborative and with a point of view
• This is a part-time opportunity at 30 hours/week
