We are looking for a confident and people-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This role is central to building strong customer relationships, introducing new offerings, and supporting clients through the buying process. From first impressions to long-term retention, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact and guide for new and existing customers.

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary focus will be engaging with potential customers face-to-face, presenting tailored solutions, and helping them find the right services to meet their needs. Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers to introduce and promote service options in a clear, friendly, and informative way
• Build relationships that foster customer trust and long-term satisfaction
• Strategize and execute outreach efforts to identify and convert new prospects
• Maintain a working knowledge of service updates and promotional offers
• Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Associates and leadership to develop custom recommendations for each customer
• Conduct in-person presentations to explain the benefits and features of available services
• Input customer information accurately and maintain data confidentiality at all times

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others

**Please Note: This is a full-time, onsite entry-level position based in Fredericton, NB . Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must be able to commute to our Fredericton location on a daily basis.
