Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent | CRNA – Anesthesia
We are seeking a Board-Certified CRNA to join an established Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a permanent position offering excellent stability, competitive compensation, and a supportive team environment.

Varied day shifts only
No call, no weekends
Average patient load: varies by day
Work settings may include OR, Radiology, ICU, and ER
EMR: EPIC
Board Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) – REQUIRED
Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
Active Michigan Nursing and Specialty License (must be in-hand)
Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain)
At least 2 years CRNA experience (excluding RN or training)
DEA and CSR/CDS (must be obtained before start – no exemptions)
Clean malpractice/license history
COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
Not accepting new graduates, 1099, or locum candidates
Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing may take up to 90 days)
Varied day shifts, Monday–Friday
No weekend or on-call coverage
Base Salary: 238,368 annually (114.60/hr)
Starting Bonus: 20,000
