$80,000 - $110,000 annually

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with our team to share insights and refine approaches, enhancing our collective expertise.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their legal journey.
• Prepare and file legal documents with precision, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with legal trends and enhance your skills.

• Must have a JD degree and hold an active NC law license in good standing.
• Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in criminal defense or a related field.
• Strong skills in research, writing, and negotiation are essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Demonstrate a client-first approach with high emotional intelligence.
• Consideration is given to small firm owners looking to focus solely on practicing law.
• Must demonstrate high-level technology skills - as a fully remote law firm, we benefit from using the latest technology resources.
• Must be able to pivot and land at a moment's notice.
• Demonstrated proficiency with current technologies.
