Overview Content Designer role at Mathys+Potestio / The Creative Party®. This is a full-time, 6-month assignment located in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities Aggregate and organize existing creative and design guidelines across multiple product teams to create a unified, easily navigable resource. Audit and analyze documentation to identify redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or simplification. Design clear, structured frameworks and visual maps that show how guidelines connect and evolve within the product ecosystem. Partner closely with design, product, and content teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and usability of all documentation. Recommend improvements to the accessibility, discoverability, and user experience of design resources. Present findings and proposed structures to stakeholders through clear, engaging storytelling and visuals. Maintain momentum and clarity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on documentation work. Requirements Proven experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or Information Architect within a complex digital product environment. Familiarity with design systems, creative guidelines, and documentation tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, or Confluence. NICE TO HAVE: Previous experience in entertainment or tech.
