As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skyline of our city. You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is carried out on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. You will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
5. Meet contractual conditions of performance.
6. Review the work progress on a daily basis.
7. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
8. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
9. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
10. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management.
3. Proven working experience in construction management, including a record of successful project delivery.
4. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
5. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
6. Familiarity with construction and project management software programs.
7. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
8. Excellent time and project management skills.
9. Strong knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
10. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
12. Strong leadership and team building abilities.
13. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
14. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
15. Familiarity with quality health and safety standards.
16. Good knowledge of MS Office.
17. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
18. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
