Job Description
A commercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced senior project manager to its team. Senior PM experience in vertical, ground-up general building construction is required. An Engineering or Construction Management degree is a plus, but not required. We are a multi-faceted builder in the public and private commercial sectors, building facilities from tilt-up concrete, masonry, steel, structural concrete, structural metal framing, and structural wood framing. In your submission, please highlight the projects you have directly managed, with information outlining construction type, site size, and building square footage. Tenant Improvement, remodel, and retrofit experience will be considered, but ground-up project management experience is a must. Organization, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task and communicate with others verbally and in writing are a must. Competitive salaries and benefits are offered.
