F&M Trust, a community bank deeply rooted in South Central Pennsylvania, expanded its financial footprint into Maryland mid-2022 by opening a community office in Hagerstown to develop a reach into the Washington County market. The market successes and opportunities throughout the expanded market have shown a demand for underserved commercial customers who could benefit from a mid-size community bank.
ABOUT THE ROLE
F&M Trust is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Services Relationship Manager (Commercial Lender) who has deep relationships with business clients and centers of influences within the Greater Washington and Frederick County Market. This Commercial Services Relationship Manager will be responsible for cultivating a commercial loan portfolio, securing commercial deposits, generating fee income, and cross-selling additional opportunities to business partners. A Treasury Management business partner will assist in helping to secure the full commercial relationship.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent.
At least five (5) years of commercial lending or business banking experience. Greater experience and proven results in commercial lending will be considered when determining level of position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and performance.
Must have familiarity with and be well-connected to business opportunities in Washington and/or Frederick Counties.
Strong business development skills and great comfort in talking with and generating/maintaining relationships with centers of influences.
Relationship centric; desire to serve in an advisor role to provide guidance and advice to customers in a planning mode.
Valid Driver's license.
