We are looking for a Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team. This position will work closely with our Insurance Producers in ensuring all policies are correctly executed and all customers are taken care of.

Location: Onsite, at our office in Anaheim

Role: Both Producer (sales) and Account Manager (service) roles are available.

Qualifications:

• Korean bilingual - Ability to speak English and Korean required.
• Licensure – Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Insurance Experience - 2+ years of experience preferred
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with prospects
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
• Quote and sell policies!

Job Type: Full-time
