What You'll Do As a Client Growth Executive , you'll be the trusted advisor for our existing clients-deeply understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions from our robust portfolio, including cloud, managed services, data connectivity, and more. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to align solutions with business goals. Leveraging consultative, value-based selling to upsell and cross-sell services. Managing contract renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and resolving issues. Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecast, and performance data. Who You Are You're a strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and a proven track record in B2B sales. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to turn conversations into long-term partnerships. Minimum Qualifications: 8 years of experience in a related field, OR a BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 4 years of experience in a related field, OR a MS/MA degree in a related discipline with 2 years of experience in a related field Previous successful business-to-business outside sales or related experience. A valid driver's license, a good driving record and reliable transportation. Excellent written and verbal communication skill with a successful track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals. Proficiency and relative work experience using Windows-based PCs, Microsoft Office and a customer relationship management tool (CRM).
