Job Description
Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Entry-level Clerical positions in north Orange County, CA, and beyond!
This job order has been posted as a waitlist to help pre-qualify candidates to be contacted when we receive new opportunities.
Schedules: 1st shift, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on position availability)
General Requirements:
Recent experience in a clerical role in an office setting.
Willing to submit to background and drug screenings.
Ability to organize and manage documents, schedules, and tasks efficiently.
Ability to type at a reasonable speed and accuracy for tasks such as entering data.
Proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Prior experience in positions such as Office Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, Receptionist, File Clerk, Payroll Clerk, or Billing Clerk or similar is a big plus!
High school diploma or equivalent
Be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities may include:
Performing general office tasks like filing and data entry.
Answer phone calls, handle correspondence, and interact with coworkers and clients.
Providing administrative support, such as scheduling, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and perform general office duties.
Inputting, updating, and maintaining data into databases or spreadsheets.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring records are easily accessible.
