Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team. As we prepare for our Initial Public Offering (IPO), we need a strategic leader to manage our financial planning and analysis, provide expert guidance on financial strategy, and ensure the financial health and stability of the company. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions to support strategic decision-making. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability. Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team. Play a key role in preparing and executing the IPO, including communication with investment banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders. Monitor and manage the company's financial performance and liquidity. Identify and mitigate financial risks. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Qualifications: Fluency in Mandarin. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or technology industries. Experience in preparing and executing an IPO is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
