THIS ROLE:
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at our facility in Plainview, TX at Covenant Health Plainview.

THE FACILITY:
Covenant Health Plainview - CRNA Only Model

CASES INCLUDE:
General, Ortho, Ultrasound Guided Regional Anesthesia, Neuraxial Anesthesia for OB, Gyn, Endo and Podiatry

We Offer:
Top of Market Base Salary $290K+
Incentives, Stipends & $90K Sign on Bonus Available
