- Excellent pay - Our technicians earn $18 per hour during training. After training, with our performance-based pay plan, Zerorez Carpet Cleaning Technician earnings average $20-$35 per hour. Top Cleaning Technicians make $60,000+ per year!

What you can offer Zerorez! - Reliable transportation to get to work and a valid driver's license required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including repetitive "push/pull" movements with heavy extraction equipment and moving/lifting at least 50 lbs.
- The ability to meet customer needs and "wowing" them with education on our services and spectacular customer service (do not need to generate own leads).
- The ability to perform essential job duties, including the cleaning and maintenance of both residential homes and commercial office environments.
- A desire to be the friendly face of the company while cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile, hardwood, rugs, and other surfaces.
- The ability to communicate well in English (both verbally and in writing)
- Zerorez hires the highest quality individuals to serve our customers. Candidates will be required to have acceptable results from a motor vehicle record review, criminal background check, and drug screening.
