Job Description
BBI Logistics is looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team. As a College Relations Program Manager, you will build meaningful and collaborative relationships with key partners on college and university campuses. This position will also develop and initiate recruitment strategies for connecting with and attracting student talent for intern and full time roles. Additionally, you will be responsible for intern program development and management, as well as recruiting and executing interviews with students who will join our summer intern program.
What you'll be doing. - Execute program development and management with an innovative mindset and deliver a top-notch experience
- Organize events for the internship program and work with leaders within the organization to coordinate meaningful experiences
- Recruit and screen talent for our early career full time roles
- Continuously improve our college recruitment strategy
- Handle job fair registration, attend job fairs, attend university networking events, and engage with students in order to build strong talent pipelines
- Utilize recruiting platforms such as our internal HRIS and Handshake to recruit students, monitor upcoming events, and post active positions
- Assess university clubs and organizations to strategize potential partnerships
- Recruit and screen talent and manage full lifecycle of intern interview day
- Assist with sales recruiting efforts as needed
- Travel required to target universities in surrounding area
