We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented individual to build relationships with top universities and students. The role focuses on sourcing, marketing, and hosting on-campus events to attract exceptional talent. Responsibilities Identify top technical talent at campuses domestically and build relationships. Establish partnerships with universities through faculty, info sessions, and networking events, positioning HRT as a top employer. Travel frequently to campuses for recruiting events and networking. Plan and troubleshoot recruiting events to ensure seamless execution. Organize and manage end-to-end logistics for on-campus recruiting events. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find top students. Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in tech or quantitative finance industries. Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events. Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, analytics, and reporting tools. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
