We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches.
What you'll do - Lead data and process improvement initiatives for business and revenue operations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness in all relevant systems (Salesforce, internal CRM, internal ERP) and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionalities and customer experience.
- Ensure the implementation of Quarterly Planning Requests (QPRs) to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and set strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team and Enterprise Customer Success (CS) team on Enterprise customer internal tooling + migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to billing processes.
- Monitor key performance metrics related to revenue, analyzing trends, and presenting insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to revenue operations processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies.
What we're looking for - 2-4 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc)
- Proficiency/basic SQL highly preferred; familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization techniques
- Experience with Salesforce or Stripe is a plus
