Geneva Capital is looking for a qualified candidate(s) to join our Business Development team for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. Our business development team excels in finding prospects and turning them into long term customers. Geneva Capital seeks a sales minded person who can participate in various stages of the sales process, specifically lead generation. Our EDGE program will facilitate the driven candidate to succeed. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate lead generation through a combination of over the phone, email outreach and market research.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide support for prospective customers.
• Grow and manage internal database of prospective customers.
• Other duties as needed.
