Brigham-Gill Village Collision

Brigham-Gill Village Collision is looking for a Body Shop / Collision Center Office Manager to join their busy store.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $20-$27/hr

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with scheduling repair appointments
• Manage repair orders, insurance documentation, and parts ordering
• Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Support the body shop manager with daily operations
• Handle general office duties to keep things organized and efficient

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working in collision centers / auto body shops / dealership environment
• CCC1 Estimating and Management Software experience preferred (but not required)
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Familiarity with insurance procedures a plus
• Estimating experience not required, but considered a bonus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Team oriented
