Job Skills / Requirements We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiter who is eager to find the right fit for job applicants and enjoys regular interaction with a diverse group of individuals. Duties will include: actively recruiting qualified candidates to fill open positions, facilitating new hire orientations to lay the foundation for a positive work experience, and providing ongoing employee relations to our valued team members. A well-qualified candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, be extremely organized, and be an effective communicator. The schedule for this position is Monday and Tuesday 12pm-5pm, Wed and Thursday flexible five hours between 9am and 5pm, and Fridays off. Essential Functions Recruit, interview, and screen applicants to fill current job openings. Respond to and resolve any employee requests/concerns in a timely manner. Set up orientation and personnel files. Performing various other administrative functions to support Human Resources Department.
