Responsibilities:

- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in English & French
-Provide product/service information & resolve inquiries
-Handle orders, billing, and technical issues with professionalism
-Maintain accurate customer records & collaborate with internal teams

Requirements:

-Fluency in English & French (spoken & written)
-Customer service experience (dental product knowledge is required!)
-Strong problem-solving & multitasking skills
-Proficiency in computer applications & SPIRE software

En tant que membre clé de notre division de support client, vous jouerez un rôle central pour aider nos clients à trouver les produits dentaires adaptés, fournir des conseils et garantir un traitement fluide des commandes. Si vous avez une solide connaissance des fournitures dentaires et un engagement envers l'excellence du service client, nous souhaitons avoir de vos nouvelles ! Responsabilités :

-Assister les clients par téléphone, courriel et chat en anglais et en français
-Fournir des informations sur les produits/services et répondre aux demandes
-Gérer les commandes, la facturation et les problèmes techniques avec professionnalisme
-Maintenir des dossiers clients précis et collaborer avec les équipes internes

Exigences :

-Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (oral et écrit)
-Expérience en service à la clientèle (connaissance des produits dentaires est un atout !)
-Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et multitâches
-Maîtrise des outils informatiques et du logiciel SPIRE
