Now hiring for a Behavior Technician (BT) in beautiful Providence, RI!
This incredible opportunity allows you to support students with a collaborative and welcoming school team. Enjoy a great environment and a manageable caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and pinpoint triggers of challenging behaviors

• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and track progress

• Develop clear, measurable Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Implement interventions in partnership with teachers and support staff

• Provide direct student support, teaching coping strategies and social skills

• Respond to behavioral crises and maintain a safe learning environment

• Perform other related duties to support student success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field

• Active state-level licensure and/or certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Behavior Analyst Certification preferred

• Experience working in schools or with children is required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively with educators, families, and administrators
