We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank, providing excellent service to our customers by handling financial transactions efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions, as well as answering customer inquiries and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their banking needs.
• Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring accurate handling of cash and checks.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of banking procedures and products is a plus.
